3.1 Digital Products

  • No refunds will be issued after a live workshop has occurred

3.3 Physical Products

For physical products, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • For defective or damaged products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

3.4 Subscription Services

For subscription services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges
